What’s New at Swanson’s?
Rolling Out Our Food Truck
Swanson’s food truck adds fun to any celebration, from block parties to family celebrations. We offer delicious, freshly prepared menu options sure to please a crowd. Choose from Chicago-style burgers & dogs, including polish sausages, or a selection of our traditional deli sandwiches with all the fixings. We’ll set up, serve, & leave you mess-free.
Grazing Tables Are Next-Level Charcuterie
Stun your guests with an edible masterpiece. Our grazing boards are handcrafted locally and available in sizes up to eight feet long. We use them as palettes for gorgeous arrays of gourmet goodies. Think: imported cheeses, cured meats, olives, dried fruits, nuts, seasonal fruits, veggies, fresh baked bread, artisanal crackers, our famous Blue Cheese Ball, and more. If you have something special to celebrate, a grazing board is the way to do it.
Serious About Home Cooking
Swanson’s is an institution in Chicago’s Beverly/Morgan Park neighborhood, and a chief reason we’ve endured is our commitment to our customers. When professional Chef Greg Dix took over Swanson’s in 2016, he understood that. He grew up in Beverly and knew that customers would want to keep the deli’s chicken salad and other beloved items on the menu. At the same time, he retooled the offerings to ensure every item was made from scratch using fresh ingredients. Greg listened to customer feedback and kept tweaking the offerings till he got them right. It’s a recipe that’s worked well for us and keeps us going strong.
